“MedGarde’s systems have interfaced well with our organization. Their technology has allowed us to focus our efforts on non-transcription issues. Prior to using MedGarde, we had deployed a new document management system and were maintaining a much older dictation system and a home-grown transcription platform. All three of our systems worked independently and were a challenge to maintain. In order to have each system communicate properly, we had to maintain very complex interfaces. Moreover, our dictation system was particularly problematic since it wasn’t accessible online.
