“MedGarde’s systems have interfaced well with our organization. Their technology has allowed us to focus our efforts on non-transcription issues. Prior to using MedGarde, we had deployed a new EMR system and were maintaining a much older dictation system and a home-grown transcription platform. All three of our systems worked independently and were a challenge to maintain. In order to have each system communicate properly, we had to maintain very complex interfaces. Moreover, our dictation system was particularly problematic since it wasn’t accessible online and our transcription platform wasn’t HIPAA ready. MedGarde’s system uptime has been fantastic and when our employees require support, MedGarde has been superb in working directly with them. We’ve found their technology to be very flexible and reliable and it’s allowed us several new dictation input/document output options.
