Support Specialists
All clients are assigned a minimum of two account representatives who are fully aware of the details of each account. Clients are not a pulled up in a database according to account number. Instead, when you call MedGarde we know you by name. You’re speaking with a representative at our call center just outside Washington, DC. You can rest assured that your complex requirements are easily understood by our American workforce. We get to know you. We learn about where your business is at today and where you want it go tomorrow. Tell us what your needs are and we’ll work with you to get the job done right – the first time around.
With 20 years experience in the transcription industry, our experienced team of professionals will work with you one-on-one to deliver customized solutions that exceed your business objectives. We’re not only available by phone, fax and e-mail – we’re also available in-person when you need us. With an average issue resolution time of 30 minutes or less, you know you’re in capable hands with MedGarde.
Standard Service Hours
Our standard customer service hours are Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM.
Remote Support
MedGarde can securely establish a connection between your computer and ours to quickly troubleshoot software issues or offer training. By eliminating travel delays, our remote support solution can deliver nearly instantaneous results.
On-Site Support
Need to see someone in-person? On-site support is available to install software or hardware. Likewise, sometimes face-to-face meetings are helpful in achieving other business objectives. Perhaps you need a MedGarde representative on-site as a matter of routine to manage or assist with daily operations. The only limit to our on-site support is your imagination.
Technical Support
Backed by technical experts in Virginia, Georgia and Tennessee, MedGarde is well positioned to help you deploy our technology solutions or to interface with your existing systems. Our technical support is available both remotely and on-site.
Premium Support
If our standard service hours of 8 AM to 5 PM don’t meet your business requirements, a premium level of service can be made available to your account. Our premium service offers 24 x 7 x 365 support – including weekends and holidays.
