Custom Turnaround

Perhaps our standard next business day turnaround time won’t fit your requirements? No problem. MedGarde can work with you to custom develop a turnaround schedule that fits your exact business needs. Need your operative reports returned in 12 hours instead of the standard 24? Simply let us know. Perhaps you need dictation returned on Saturday and Sunday? No problem, we can do that too.

Stat Turnaround

Dictation needed on a urgent basis can be turned around in four hours or less.

Turnaround Monitoring

Although MedGarde monitors turnaround time 24 hours a day, clients also have the ability to monitor their own turnaround using our web based monitoring tools.

Turnaround Reporting

MedGarde can deliver daily or even hourly reports directly to your e-mail inbox.  These reports detail the specific turnaround time for each individual job as well as the average turnaround time for particular work types (for instance, the average turnaround time for operative reports, H&Ps, consults, etc.).
